The Service
AramEsq provide online analysis, control and alert services to enable users of plant and process equipment to trouble shoot problems early, remotely and at low cost and all via a standard web enabled browser. Online web tools enable organisations to extract the greatest possible performance from process operations by delivering quality data to the right people so they can make informed decisions quickly.
AramEsq accesses data from thousands of instruments on your plant and uses that information to detect and predict conditions that may lead to process problems, and alert you so you can take action before the process is affected.
Problem - Solution
Your business relies on the local information gathered by instrumentation devices to achieve optimum performance of process and machine assets. The major restriction of accessing such information is that in most cases, instruments can only supply real time information and have no capability for data storage or transmission.
Located at each of your company's machine and process areas is the Aramac processor, responsible for sending and receiving acquisition and control data to and from local instrument networks. AramEsq's central server authenticates all Aramac transmission requests via secure, encrypted web service protocols. The data is processed, then added to your organisations own database repository, hosted on AramEsq's data servers.
A Interactive 3D modelled representation of each of your process assets allows for online analysis and real time monitoring to be performed on a standard web browser. Users can quickly detect subtle relationships and correlations within process and plant operating areas. A series of stored data views can be constructed, which can be shared across your organisation.
