Ethos Remote Agent services, are provided by AramEsq's hardware processor solutions, which execute critical safe software, needed for the extreme range of adverse operating conditions encountered often in remote isolated locations.
These systems are extremely reliable & have been designed for continuous unsupervised operation. The core of Remote Agent processing, is the Aramac central processor, which can be configured to retrieve and control a wide range of differing & mixed instrumentation data from local or distributed systems the client may already be implementing, such as Modbus, Profibus & Ethernet supported devices.
Clients Instruments, with little support for data transmission to the internet WAN, or, instruments that implement non standard interface protocols can be easily interfaced with very little bespoke work.
Remote Agent services accumulate this data locally, perform pre-transmission processing, such as encryption & compression and requests an upload to the central server service via a suitable transmission medium.
Remote Agent services also include an option to implement a proprietary signal conditioning plugIn system, the EMac thereby adding an extremely flexible & scaleable environmental monitoring solution with extreme ease.
Telemetry transmission mediums used will solely depend on remoteness of location & the bandwidth of data involved. Control data, generated from the central server, is conveyed to the Remote Agent prior to any control automation occurring. This is performed by contacting the physical site & requesting a call back, thus ensuring a complete security policy is adhered to.
